Refund Criteria: Clients may be eligible for a refund if Click Studio fails to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in the project contract.
Performance Metrics: Refunds may also be considered if the performance metrics specified in the contract are not met within the stipulated timeframe.
02. Refund Process
Initiating a Refund Request
Submission: Clients must submit a written refund request to support@clickstudio.ae within 07 days of the service delivery or failure to meet performance metrics.
Documentation: The refund request must be accompanied by detailed documentation and evidence supporting the claim, such as project contracts, communication records, and performance metrics.
Review and Approval
Evaluation: Click Studio will review the refund request and supporting documentation within 10 business days.
Approval: If the refund request is deemed valid, Click Studio will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed through the payment-initiated media.
Alternative Solutions
Revision or Enhancement: In cases where a refund is under consideration, Click Studio may offer alternative solutions, such as revisions or enhancements to the services, to address client concerns.
03. Exceptions
Third-Party Expenses: Refunds do not cover third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client, such as domain registration fees or external software licenses.
